We only buy in person, meaning an agreed price is paid immediately via bank transfer at the time of collection

We buy most precious metal items, particularly coins and bullion
What don't you buy?
We receive many enquiries regarding base metal coins, which are typically only worth face value, so we generally cannot offer on these individually
Although we have purchased medals on occasion, we usually recommend contacting a specialist dealer in this area
How accurate is your valuation?
We base our offers on the current spot price, ensuring valuations are always up to date
For specialist numismatic items, any premium above spot price depends on factors such as rarity, condition, and current market demand. While we always aim to offer fair prices, our offers must also reflect business costs and the volatility of precious metal markets
Do I have to accept your offer?
Absolutely not. Most valuations are provided via email, giving you plenty of time to consider your options and carry out your own research
How do I get paid?
Payment is made the same day. We typically pay by bank transfer at the time of collection, with funds usually received before we leave with your items
Is there any risk?
No — there is no obligation and no risk in requesting a valuation, or when selling to us
Do I need ID?
Identification is not usually required. However, under UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we may occasionally need to carry out customer due diligence and request ID where legally necessary
What if I change my mind?
You are free to change your mind at any point before we take possession of your items.
Please note that most items are moved on quickly after purchase, which may make returns difficult in the event of a later change of mind
Do you charge any fees?
No. There are no hidden or additional fees — the price we offer is the amount you receive
